Spotted this super cute little Nissan out on the town today. I would totally rock one of these. I also stumbled upon two armored Cadillacs—diplomatic cars parked outside of a swanky event. Does any country besides the US use them?

Canada possibly?

That was my only other guess.

China? I hear they buy a lot of armoured GM cars.
Funny thing is, America actually mostly uses escalades for politicians rather than XTSes.

These weren’t even XTSes, they were old DTSes. I don’t know how often they upgrade the motor pool for diplomatic missions, but these had to be a few years old. Also, according to the plate on the one in the picture as well, this wasn’t just a staffer’s car, it was the ambassador’s car. Maybe they keep the old ones around as a spare? I really have no idea.

Maybe a few that don’t have their own auto industries and are closely tied to the US either economically or militarily - I’d guess maybe Mexico, Israel, Philippines, etc.

AFAIK, there are only 4 official Figaro colours:
1) The lavender purple one
2) The sea-foam green one
3) The cappuccino one
4) The pink one
Everything I know about the Figaro suggests this red is indeed a custom job

never knew about the other 3
